Sweating is a normal physiological process required by humans for proper body functioning.
Sweating cools the body from overheating
Sweating is an immune activity eliminating certain bacteria from the body.
Sweating releases extra salts or unwanted substances from the body.
Sweating is good but over sweating becomes a problem. Most people suffer from this condition and is characterize by an offensive body odor. Most people with this condition are unaware and need a lot of help. There are simple ways of handling this embarrassing problem within 5 days of discovery Click here.
People normally sweat when they exercise and thereafter they know they will take a shower immediately they finish there exercise. Most people sweat when they are stressed or nervous, or excited about something. During this time the body gets ready for action by secreting hormone adrenaline from the adrenal glands. Adrenaline also called Epinephrine increases heart rate, contracts blood vessels and dilates air passages. These internal changes generate a lot of heat which the body must dissipate by sweating.
Water evaporates from the body thereby cooling the body but living behind solid material on the skin like lactate and urea or minerals like sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. These deposited materials if not cleaned immediately will result to an offensive body odor requiring intervention Click here.
The composition of sweat varies from individual to individual making different people smell differently. What you eat also affects your body odor at a particular time.
Since we cannot avoid being stressed or excited at work, since we cannot interrupt our work or activities in other to a shower, we need some help to prevent over sweat and hence offensive body odor.
